Here is the story on how the award got it's name.
So we are facing Hakkar, going over the usual explainations on the ins and outs of the fight. We all have the strat down so this is just a refresher.
We pull the first son to get it to 20% just to save us a little time except that seems to be a tough concept and we end up killing him. We try to sort out what happened and Bloodluster said he couldn't hear anything because his sister was yelling. No big deal, we grab another one.
We pull Hakkar. It looks like a clean start. The time comes for the first life drain so we whack the son and tell everyone to jump in the poison. Moments later there are some disgruntled voices on vent. "Um, someone just got rid of my poison..." "Me too" "This whole group has been cleansed".
We see the silly strings connecting to Hakkar and many of them are red. That is bad. Hakkar is fully healed. Confusion insues over vent trying to figure out what is going wrong. A tank dies, and then another. One is MC'd and Hakkar is running havoc in the raid. It's a wipe.
A poest-mortem revealed that Bloodluster was was again suffering for an over vocal sister and didn't hear the instructions at the begining of the fight nor the commands during the fight.
A quick look at the guild list indicated the rememdy...
/t Windblade Slap you son for us. He isn't paying attention.
Windblade: My pleasure!
<Bloodluster in vent>: Heeeey. My mom just smacked me.
Bloodluster wasn't the only one not paying attention that day. Hours after the inception of the BAI, Warbow became the next receipient.
